Customer purchases dream Volvo at Off Lease Only!
I had been looking for a good used Volvo convertible for about 1 year. They no longer make them, but it's my dream car! Found mine on Auto Trader, and Off Lease Only is where it was. Walked in to a PACKED room with computers everywhere! Not a clue how to proceed. Someone came up and asked if we needed help after about 5 minutes- did not get pounced on upon our arrival, already impressed! Jamel showed us the ropes, since we already knew which car we wanted to look at, he asked them to bring it up- we took it for a spin, just us- no Jamel, and knew we were interested. Came back the next day, took it to a mechanic who specializes in Volvo repair and he checked it over and said it was in good condition- I had the care solo for 2 hours. Came back the next day with the check and drove my baby home. Jamel was off the day we purchased but after speaking to him on his cell , he connected us with Elvis who got all of our information, gave it to Gusely who had us sign the paperwork and took our check. I normally prefer buying a house over going to buy a car, this definitely changed my mind! Got an email form the manager making sure all was well, he even came and introduced himself. D Glenn, was the person who first approached us and introduced us to Jamel.very relaxed atmosphere, friendly people.
